heavy duty chain hoist

This desk collects a written brief and asks factories to quote the same heavy duty chain hoist line. We do not manufacture hooks, motors or load chain, and we do not publish a stock list. Write rated capacity with units, lift height, duty class, hook mount or trolley, and whether the plant has 115 V, 230 V or a 460 V three-phase supply. Pit depth, lowered height and free lift belong on the same page when the beam is tight.

Prepare rated capacity, lift height, duty class and destination before a factory writes a line.

4 RFQ axes: load, lift height, duty, destination
3 Quote columns: machine, freight, site extras
H4 Duty class named on the brief, not assumed

Handling rooms that change the brief

These cards describe indoor lifting conditions. They are procurement situations, not completed projects and not a ranked industry list.

Warehouse pull bays

Rated capacity, aisle width and pallet size belong next to hook mount or trolley notes. A nameplate tonnage without load center is a weak compare.

Maintenance pits

Pit depth, lowered height and free lift decide whether a low-headroom body clears the beam. Leave those as named extras if the factory is quoting a machine line.

Assembly cells

Duty cycle and lifts per hour decide if a heavy duty electric chain hoist is required. Manual versus powered is a duty choice, not a ranking.

Dock transfer lanes

Dock height and beam clearance change which suspension factories can quote. Freight and commissioning stay outside the machine column unless the RFQ names them.
